Dress Code
Hanna Academy Dress Code (NEW!)
- Jeans of all types are now allowed. This includes blue jeans and jeans with rips in them.
- Sweatpants and joggers are now considered appropriate pants for school.
- Leggings that are not sheer or see-through are now considered appropriate for school.
- T-shirts are now considered appropriate clothing for school.
- Hats and beanies are now permitted to be worn indoors.
- Hoods are not to be worn indoors or inside of the classroom.
- Durags, hairnets, and other head coverings are not to be worn at school.
- No pajamas are allowed to be worn to school.
- Shorts, skirts, and dresses need to be at an appropriate length. This has been defined by a few inches above the knee.
- All clothing must cover our undergarments. For example, panties, boxers, boxer briefs, or bras should never be able to be seen by anyone while we are at school.
- Torso should remain covered
- Shoes that do not have a heel or back on them or shoes that are not closed toe, are not permitted to be worn at school. This is a major safety violation.
- Outfits that depict drugs, drug paraphernalia, vape, tobacco, alcohol, profanity, or obscene graphics or language, are not permitted to be worn at school.
Stuff to Leave At Home:
- Phone
- Backpack
- Money (<$5 okay)
- If you bring any of these items, you can check them in at the beginning of school and pick them up after.
