The Instructional Aide shall provide ongoing support in the classrooms and/or to individual students and shall provide instruction and supervision under the direction of the principal and/or teacher.

Lead the effort to help Hanna Academy develop a Special Education curriculum and classroom strategies that will allow Hanna Academy to serve youth with specific special education needs.
